Song planning and scheduling
Concert Setup Schedule:
Wednesday, August 26
8am - 1pm Preliminary Setup
Trucks with stage parts, power, trusses
Stage is in 8 panels, each 4x8.
Set location, stabilize stage and test
Setup stage front lighting truss, lights and positioning
Rear truss and white backdrop
Verify generator for power feeds
Thursday August 27
12pm - 7pm Entire System Setup
Equipment Setup and Tests
Setup entire system, check speakers, lighting, position for projector and screen, equipment positions, computers, cameras, mics, lines
Test power needs to prevent breaker issues
Test lighting, projector and screen
Set tripod and camera positions
Test all lines, speakers, address grounding issues
Gaffers tape lines as needed
Tune speakers for venue, test all backing tracks for songs
Test all instruments on hand
Test a few songs with track, instrument, mic, lighting, music video, video recording.
Test lighting at 7pm.
Tear down critical equipment for safety & moisture protection: Center on stage and tarp.
Friday: Sound Checks - Please Attend. 3pm - 8pm

We will roughly follow the songlist in the order songs will be performed
Feel free to perform your songs at this time, practice together while we dial in the sound and automation
We will pause between songs to make sound adjustments. We may restart a song a few times to further test
Monitors will also be tuned during this period so each performer can have their monitor set correctly
Around 7pm, will check all lighting and song settings
CONCERT DAY SATURDAY 8/29/26
Flex Time: 1:00pm - 3pm
For any unexpected changes, fixes, and tests.
Pre-Concert 4pm
Final sound checks.
Please be there by 4pm or before in the event we need to adjust anything.
Verify all setups, power. Are all devices with batteries charged?
Final sound check for all instruments
If you would like to do your song once more, this would be a good time
6pm Doors Open - Associate, desserts at 6:30pm
Concert 7pm - 9:00pm
It would be helpful if you could be aware of the time(s) you will be performing so as to be at the platform as the song being performed before yours is ending.

I will give a copy of the final setlist a week or before the event.
